Expectations were elevated entering this earnings announcement. During fiscal Q3, the company generated $379 million in revenue, marking a year-over-year increase exceeding 100%. New bookings exploded 308% to reach a company milestone of $867 million, driving the total backlog to approximately $2 billion.
Company executives had earlier updated their full-year 2026 revenue projection to $1.35-$1.39 billion. The midpoint of this guidance range represents roughly 82% growth versus the previous fiscal year.
Recent months had seen downward pressure on the stock price. The expiration of post-IPO lockup periods combined with secondary stock offerings created headwinds for investor sentiment, resulting in a substantial decline during the preceding three-month period. This reduced valuation likely magnified the upward price movement following the positive earnings announcement.
FPS maintains a market capitalization of $8.65 billion with a price-to-earnings multiple of 189.5. The stock’s 50-day moving average stands at $35.89, while the 200-day moving average is positioned at $40.21.
