Crypto commentator Time Traveler (@TheTimeTraveler) has issued a bold message to anyone without an XRP wallet. He called it “the greatest opportunity that has ever come in your lifetime,” and said time remains, but less than 72 hours. The post landed on September 12, putting all eyes on the September 15 Senate cloture vote on the CLARITY Act.

Time Traveler delivered a simple but striking message. He told followers that if they do not hold an XRP wallet, they have missed what he <a href="https://timestabloid.com/pundit-says-xrp-will-be-the-biggest-missed-opportunity-of-our-lifetime-heres-why-2/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">considers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity</a>. He stopped short of painting the situation as hopeless, noting that time remains.
The 72-hour window points directly at Tuesday’s scheduled Senate vote, which requires 60 votes to clear cloture and advance the bill.

The CLARITY Act establishes a federal regulatory framework for digital assets. It defines which fall under SEC jurisdiction and which fall under CFTC jurisdiction. All 53 Senate Republicans are committed to voting yes. Seven Democratic votes are still needed to clear the 60-vote cloture threshold.
Senator Cynthia Lummis has argued that Democrats helped shape the legislation, securing over 115 wins in the text. She expects them to <a href="https://timestabloid.com/clarity-act-update-for-xrp-army-lummis-strong-message-to-democrats/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">vote for the bill that they helped create</a>. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has also urged the Senate to act, warning that inaction would signal that the U.S. is unwilling to lead on digital assets.
If the vote fails, Lummis has warned the <a href="https://timestabloid.com/clarity-act-update-for-xrp-army-senator-lummis-issues-major-warning/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">next legislative opportunity may not arrive until 2030</a>. That timeline adds weight to what Time Traveler is saying. The post treats Tuesday not as one event among many, but as the event.

Responses ranged widely. One commenter <a href="https://x.com/Kaiser34494R/status/2098877573661110749" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">said</a> he already holds XRP and is simply staying the course. Another <a href="https://x.com/joshpliskin/status/2098930188763410785" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">showed</a> doubt, saying the post will age poorly. One commenter <a href="https://x.com/LouisQFS_ISO/status/2098882075545985127" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">told</a> Time Traveler not to attach specific dates or times to the outcome, while another <a href="https://x.com/r1j4n4666/status/2098978326878798009" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">called</a> September 15 Christmas.

Time Traveler has consistently held an extremely bullish position on XRP. He has previously set <a href="https://timestabloid.com/time-traveler-charts-xrp-price-path-to-73000-if-ripple-can-play-this-role/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">targets in the hundreds and even thousands of dollars</a>. His post fits that pattern. Whether the CLARITY Act passes or not, the September 15 vote carries real consequences for how digital assets get regulated in the U.S. Time Traveler is treating it as a line in the sand.
