Japanese listed company Remixpoint has sold its holdings of Ethereum, Solana, XRP, and Dogecoin for roughly $5.5 million, consolidating its corporate crypto treasury into a Bitcoin-only position and removing its remaining altcoin exposure.
The disposal covered four assets, ETH, SOL, XRP, and DOGE, and was valued at about $5.5 million, as reported on the reallocation. The move leaves Bitcoin as the sole crypto asset on the company's balance sheet, according to Remixpoint's investor relations disclosure.
Solana and Dogecoin are proof-of-stake and payment-oriented networks whose tokens Remixpoint had held alongside Ethereum and XRP. Selling all four in a single reallocation marks a clean exit from multi-asset crypto exposure rather than a partial trim. The sale narrows Remixpoint's digital-asset strategy from a diversified basket to a single reserve asset. By exiting ETH, SOL, XRP, and DOGE, the company aligns its treasury with a Bitcoin-only framework, according to reporting on the strategy change. Remixpoint has been building its Bitcoin position over time, including a $3.4 million Bitcoin purchase disclosed earlier. The latest disposal extends that direction by removing the altcoins that previously sat beside Bitcoin on its books, a step foreshadowed by its earlier sale of Ethereum and XRP.

What to Know About the Treasury Shift

The reallocation matters for readers tracking how listed companies structure crypto reserves. Two points stand out from the disclosed facts: For related coverage, see Lawsuit Says Tether Froze $42.4M in USDT After Verbal Homeland Security Request.

Simpler allocation: Remixpoint moves from four altcoins plus Bitcoin to Bitcoin alone, concentrating its reserve in a single asset.

Reduced altcoin exposure: The company no longer carries ETH, SOL, XRP, or DOGE, removing the price and network risks tied to those tokens.

Unlike proof-of-stake tokens, Bitcoin's monetary properties rest on a fixed 21 million supply schedule enforced by proof-of-work mining. A treasury denominated solely in Bitcoin ties its reserve value to that issuance schedule and the network's difficulty-adjusted security budget rather than to the divergent monetary policies of several separate chains.
Remixpoint has not, in the disclosed material, detailed the specific rationale beyond consolidating around Bitcoin. Further specifics would need to come from the company's own filings on its corporate site.
