That figure is not a projection or a sentiment reading; it is capital that has already passed through the fund's subscription mechanism and been staked, meaning it is reflected in Solana's locked supply rather than sitting in an order book waiting to be deployed. Carried by three independent publishers, this is among the better-supported flow stories of the period, and it is the one item here where the mechanism and the market effect are the same event.
