Cardano is trading at $0.1916 today, down 1.08% over the last 24 hours. Traders are watching whether the price can push through resistance near $0.20.
The move comes as Project Catalyst announced a new 2.5 million ADA pilot fund. The fund will support builders working on oracles, stablecoins, programmable tokens, and on-chain identity.

According to a TradingView chart, ADA is trading just above the middle Bollinger Band at $0.1704. This level has acted as support since the recent breakout.
The price is also sitting near the upper Bollinger Band at $0.1904. That suggests buyers still have some control, though the rally could stall if demand slows.
Trading volume rose during the recent price move. Higher volume adds weight to the breakout and shows more traders are involved.
<h2 id="catalyst-fund-targets-ecosystem-growth">Catalyst Fund Targets Ecosystem Growth</h2>
The 2.5 million ADA fund is part of Project Catalyst, Cardano’s community funding arm. It aims to support projects in oracles, stablecoins, programmable tokens, and identity tools.
The fund launch does not directly move ADA’s price. But it reflects Cardano’s ongoing focus on building tools for real world blockchain use.
Catalyst has funded ecosystem projects for several years. This new pilot fund is a smaller, more focused version of that effort.

<h2 id="derivatives-data-shows-rising-activity">Derivatives Data Shows Rising Activity</h2>
Data from CoinGlass shows open interest in ADA derivatives has climbed above $540 million. That marks a rise alongside the price recovery.
Trading volume in ADA derivatives has also increased. This points to new money entering the market rather than existing traders simply closing positions.
Short liquidations picked up as ADA approached the $0.20 level. That means traders betting against ADA were forced to close their positions at a loss.
DeFiLlama data shows Cardano’s total value locked, transaction count, and active addresses have stayed steady. These figures give a stable backdrop to the recent price action.
If ADA closes above $0.20, it could confirm stronger buying momentum. A drop below the $0.1704 support could send the price toward the next level near $0.1505.
The $0.20 mark remains the key level for traders to watch. Buyers have not yet fully reclaimed that resistance.
As of the latest data, Cardano trades at $0.1916, down 1.08% over 24 hours, with open interest above $540 million and support holding near $0.1704.
