The CLARITY Act has become one of the most closely watched pieces of legislation in Washington. Crypto enthusiast Vivek Sen (Vivek4real_) brought renewed attention to it after sharing a clip of Representative Bryan Steil’s Fox Business appearance with Maria Bartiromo on July 17. It has sat on the Senate Legislative Calendar since June 1 with no floor vote scheduled.The Senate missed a July 4 signing target. The bill still needs a full Senate floor vote, where it must clear 60 votes to pass.
