The top 3 cryptos to buy now shifted on May 12 after the U.S. Senate confirmed Kevin Warsh as a Federal Reserve Governor in a 51-45 vote, clearing the path to Fed Chair before Jerome Powell's term ends Friday, according to CoinDesk.Warsh called Bitcoin the "new gold for people under 40" and holds ties to over 20 crypto-linked firms. A Fed chair who sees digital assets as part of the system, combined with the CLARITY Act heading to a May 14 vote, opens the door for capital that has been waiting on the sidelines.

Senate Confirms Kevin Warsh as Crypto Markets Absorb a New Era of Fed Leadership
The Senate approved Warsh on May 12 with Sen. John Fetterman joining Republicans, according to CNBC. Bitcoin held above $80,500 and total crypto market cap sat near $2.7 trillion per CoinGecko. The top 3 cryptos to buy now are the ones where tools, audits, and exchange access already exist before that shift plays out.

Top 3 Cryptos to Buy Now Compared: Cardano, Chainlink, and the Presale Opportunity Pepeto
Pepeto gives retail traders the same exchange tools that bigger wallets rely on, and every feature runs today. The zero-fee swap engine moves tokens across Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Solana without taking a cent from any trade, and the cross-chain bridge handles transfers between all three networks for free.Pepeto built the product first and keeps improving it while the raise runs, and a pro-Bitcoin Fed Chair combined with the CLARITY Act markup this week make fee-free trading tools that already work exactly what the next wave of capital needs. The creator of the original Pepe token designed the system, a former Binance engineer shaped the exchange build, and SolidProof reviewed every contract before any of it went live.Over $10 million entered the raise while fear stayed below 33 for weeks, which tells you who is buying and why they are not waiting. Staking at 173% APY turns a $50,000 position into $87,000 in yearly returns, and every day that passes brings the Binance listing closer to replacing this entry with a floor that the open market sets and nobody gets to go back below.

Cardano (ADA) Price at $0.27 as Warsh Confirmation Brings Regulatory Clarity Into Focus
Cardano (ADA) trades near $0.27 per CoinMarketCap, down 1.56% on the day and sitting 91% below its $3.10 all-time high from September 2021. A possible Grayscale Cardano (ADA) ETF before October 2026 is adding fuel to the recovery, but the price has not held above $0.30 resistance for over a month.Support sits near $0.25. A push to $0.35 from here is about 30%, a decent swing trade but far below what a presale-to-listing position produces from a single event.

Chainlink (LINK) Price at $10.30 as CCIP Adoption Grows But Price Stays Below Resistance
Chainlink (LINK) holds near $10.30 per CoinMarketCap, down 2.82% on May 12 as Solv Protocol migrated $700 million in tokenized BTC from LayerZero to Chainlink CCIP. JPMorgan and UBS continue running live settlement tests on Chainlink (LINK) rails.LINK sits 81% below its $52.99 all-time high from May 2021, and resistance at $11.50 has held every bounce since February, the same large-cap pattern where basics improve and the window for big returns already passed.

Conclusion
The Senate confirming a pro-Bitcoin Fed Governor while the CLARITY Act heads to markup this week proves the market is splitting into two lanes, and the window to grab presale pricing on the side where tools, audits, and a listing already exist keeps getting smaller because Pepeto draws fresh capital daily with three exchange tools ready to go.Chainlink (LINK) holders who bought at $0.11 during the 2017 token sale watched it climb past $52 at the cycle peak, a 472x return, while everyone who discovered it after that rally paid $5 or $10 or $20 and got a fraction of what the early wallets made. Pepeto sits at that same early stage right now at $0.0000001870, but this raise could close the entry any day. The top 3 cryptos to buy now start at Pepeto official website before the listing sets the first public price, because knowing about a presale and choosing to wait is how 472x becomes 5x, and that difference stays in your portfolio for the rest of the cycle.

Pepeto delivers the widest return window from one listing event. How does Chainlink LINK perform with CCIP handling billions in monthly volume?Chainlink (LINK) processes billions in cross-chain value through CCIP with JPMorgan and UBS running live tests, but the price at $10.30 sits 81% below its $52.99 ATH. Pepeto at presale pricing targets triple-digit returns from one listing that large-cap timelines cannot match.
