Solana pushed to $90.28 this week before sellers stepped in, and the solana price prediction now depends on whether SOL can clear that wall or fall back to $85 support. Bitcoin pushed past $81,000 with ETF inflows hitting $2.7 billion across nine straight days, and BTC is now testing the key $82,228 resistance for the first time since October. Meanwhile, Pepeto ($PEPETO) has pulled past $9.8 million in presale funding with a Binance listing on the horizon, and the cofounder who built the original Pepe coin to $11 billion leads the same 420 trillion supply into a new exchange with verified tools.

Solana Price Prediction Hinges on Alpenglow Upgrade and $90 Breakout
Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko told the crowd at Consensus Miami 2026 that the Alpenglow upgrade could go live as early as next quarter, according to CoinDesk. The upgrade targets near-instant confirmations at the physical limits of data transfer, widening the gap between Solana and every other Layer 1 chain. SOL gained 3.4% this week to trade at $88.59, and Western Union launched its USDPT stablecoin on Solana for global settlement. The solana price prediction chart shows $90 as the breakout level with $97 next if buyers hold.

How Solana, Pepeto, and Presale Capital Stack Up This Cycle

Pepeto
Solana pushing toward $90 confirms the network is growing, but the question for capital chasing bigger returns is which entry has room to multiply, and Pepeto answers that from a presale at $0.0000001868 where past $9.8 million already moved in. That capital did not arrive blind, because the risk scorer flags contract problems before a single dollar enters, catching traps that normally surface after the damage is done, and the cross-chain bridge moves tokens across networks at zero cost so capital stays whole instead of shrinking every time it crosses a chain. The founder behind the first Pepe token and a senior figure from Binance lead the build, SolidProof verified the full contract set, and wallets with real size finished their research ahead of the wider market, which is exactly why $9.8 million sits inside a presale most traders have not heard of yet. The projected return range lands between 100x and 300x from that entry, 175% APY staking compounds holdings while the exchange launch gets closer, and the Binance listing converts this presale into a live trading pair where the current entry vanishes the second it happens.

Solana Price Prediction
Data from CoinMarketCap puts SOL at $88.59 on May 8, 2026, still 70% below the $293 all-time high, and the daily chart still shows a bearish structure despite the weekly bounce. CoinDCX forecasts a May ceiling of $96 with a floor at $84, and Changelly projects a December average of $119 if momentum holds. Coinpedia sets a wider 2026 range of $75 to $200, with $97 as the first resistance that needs to break for a real trend reversal. The Alpenglow upgrade and growing stablecoin flows are the biggest catalysts, but SOL needs a confirmed close above $100 to shift the outlook from recovery to breakout. For 2030, targets spread from $200 to $1,400. The solana price prediction points to upside, but from $88.59 the math to life-changing returns takes a full cycle, not a single listing event.

Conclusion
The solana price prediction leans bullish with Alpenglow approaching and stablecoin flows growing, but SOL climbing from $88.59 to $120 by December is a 35% return that takes months to build. Pepeto shares the same cofounder and same 420 trillion supply that reached $11 billion with the original Pepe coin, and this time a working exchange sits behind it. Matching that level from presale entry is 150x, and the cofounder already proved the math works. The presale is past $9.8 million with less than $300,000 left before the raise closes and the Binance debut goes live, so the window is measured in days, not months. Entering through the Pepeto official website today is a bet on a pattern that already played out once before, and the wallets that acted while the presale was still open will set the floor price everyone else pays after listing day. That decision, small enough to make right now, could separate a portfolio that captured the largest presale-to-exchange event of 2026 from one that watched it happen from the outside.

The presale raised past $9.8 million with under $300,000 remaining before the entry closes permanently.
