The crypto market has seen very slow growth in altcoin prices this bull cycle. While the price of Bitcoin (BTC), the pioneer altcoin asset, went on to surge from the $40,000 price range to its current ATH price in the $126,000 price range in about two years, the prices of altcoins barely pumped, allowing only a handful to set new ATH prices. One crypto expert claims altseason peak is just starting and that XRP could lead with explosive gains.

The crypto market continues its steady sideways movement after a mighty dip following the $20 billion liquidation event in October 2025. At the moment, Bitcoin and Ethereum continue to hold prices at a steady price range, hinting at a relief rally surge. In detail, the price of BTC is trading between $70,000 and $75,000, while the price of ETH trades between $2,000 and $2,300, supporting pump expectations.

According to both bullish and bearish analysts, the price of BTC and ETH is expected to surge over the coming weeks and months. The difference in bullish and bearish points of view is that the price of these assets will surge and fall to bottom in the bearish view, while new ATHs are expected in the bullish point of view. Already, several analysts have predicted their bull and bear targets so far.

As we can see from the post above, this popular crypto investor and trader says that altseason has only just started, and highlights how the prices of XRP and SOL are pushing to higher prices at a steady pace. He also mentions how Ethereum is holding strong above $2,000, meaning that big gains haven’t even begun yet. Having said that, he declares a much greater pump ahead.

XRP Could Lead With Explosive Gains

To highlight, he says that the fact that altcoins are already showing strength before Bitcoin Dominance has even fallen, is a great sign to buy and hold altcoins as the imminent surge that will follow will likely lead to heavy gains. Most of these bullish altcoin expectations are especially strong when it comes to certain popular altcoins such as Ethereum (ETH), Cardano (ADA), and Ripple’s XRP.

As we can see from the post above, XRP is expected to make an explosive price surge soon. The expert in the post arrives at this expectation based on the fact that the RSI is extremely oversold at the moment, and this sign, having occurred in history, suggests that the next explosive move could be coming soon. The post also mentions how XRP is up over 10,000% in the last 10 years and is up more than 300% in the past 3 years, making XRP one of the best-performing assets in the world.
