Rally

Crypto markets often move in quiet, measured cycles before dramatic rallies capture public attention. Early phases of accumulation can last for months, with oversold conditions masking the buildup of momentum that eventually drives significant gains.
Traders who focus on chart structure, momentum shifts, and sub-indicators often position themselves ahead of the crowd, capturing outsized opportunities before broader market recognition.
CW recently shared a detailed analysis on X, highlighting why XRP may now be entering a critical stage of its bullish cycle. His assessment relies on a multi-year TradingView chart divided into four phases, showing how historical price patterns and supporting technical metrics signal a potential acceleration in XRP’s price trajectory.

The sub-indicators show that it is bottoming out of oversold states and will soon enter neutral states. pic.twitter.com/pL6Yhd3wxj

Understanding the Four Phases

CW frames XRP’s price evolution through four distinct phases. Phase 1 reflects accumulation in deeply oversold conditions, while Phase 2 captures early momentum shifts. Phase 3 represents consolidation near previous resistance levels, setting the stage for renewed strength.
According to CW, XRP is now entering Phase 4—a period historically associated with accelerated upside and trend continuation. This phase often coincides with technical conditions shifting in favor of buyers, signaling the start of meaningful rallies.

Sub-Indicators Highlight Momentum Shift

Beyond price action, CW emphasized the importance of sub-indicators. These tools show that XRP is bottoming out from oversold levels and moving toward neutral conditions.
When momentum indicators shift in this way, they often precede periods of sustained buying pressure. CW notes that similar signals in the past have aligned closely with strong price movements, reinforcing their relevance for identifying favorable entry points.

Key Price Targets

CW identifies two main price targets for XRP in this phase. The first aligns with previous all-time highs, representing a natural resistance level where price historically paused or consolidated.
The second, around $6.18, is a projected breakout target derived from measured moves based on past consolidation ranges. These targets provide both short-term and medium-term reference points for traders and investors considering positions.

Implications for Traders and Investors

The analysis underscores the importance of timing and confirmation. While technical signals do not guarantee results, combining historical phase patterns with momentum sub-indicators enhances the probability of correctly anticipating trend continuation. Investors can use this framework to manage risk while positioning for potential upside.
In conclusion, XRP’s current technical landscape suggests that a broader rally may be imminent. With sub-indicators confirming a shift from oversold to neutral and Phase 4 entry historically signaling strong upward momentum, CW’s analysis frames the next move as a critical opportunity. For careful traders and investors, the XRP rally may truly be only just beginning.
