BlockDAG is once again under scrutiny following a new wave of user reports alleging prolonged presale activity, inconsistent token allocation outcomes, and a breakdown in post-purchase support communication.
The concerns, documented across multiple crypto scam–monitoring communities, add to a growing body of community feedback questioning the project’s operational transparency rather than its underlying technical vision.

Several users have highlighted what they describe as an “endless presale” model, with no clearly verifiable transition toward a fully operational mainnet. According to community posts, BlockDAG has continued to promote presale rounds while failing to provide independent evidence of a live decentralized network.
Some commenters argue that the absence of on-chain metrics, public node data, or third-party validation makes it difficult to assess whether the project has progressed beyond a centralized backend system.

Beyond structural concerns, multiple users report inconsistencies between expected and delivered token amounts after payment confirmation. In one account, a buyer stated that despite completing a transaction successfully, the allocated BDAG balance was either partially delivered or not credited at all, followed by stalled communication from support channels.
Other participants reported similar experiences during promotional events and buyer competitions, alleging that reward allocations were advertised but never fulfilled.

A recurring theme across complaints involves the project’s support responsiveness. Users claim that initial inquiries were acknowledged before responses slowed or stopped entirely, leaving disputes unresolved for extended periods.
In parallel, several community members allege that raising concerns in official Telegram or discussion channels resulted in message deletions or account bans, contributing to perceptions of restricted dialogue rather than open issue resolution.

Despite the volume of negative reports, a segment of the community continues to express confidence in BlockDAG’s long-term potential, citing early-stage uncertainty and the historical skepticism faced by previous blockchain projects.
However, scam-tracking forums emphasize that repeated patterns of unresolved complaints, particularly around presale mechanics and communication gaps, warrant careful consideration by prospective participants.

As of now, no formal regulatory determination has been issued regarding BlockDAG. Still, analysts note that persistent community allegations—especially when left unaddressed—can materially impact trust and perceived project legitimacy.
Market observers stress the importance of verifying deliverables, seeking third-party confirmations, and avoiding reliance on promotional narratives alone when evaluating early-stage crypto ventures.
