This week, Amundi, a massive $2.75 trillion asset manager, launched a tokenized money-market fund on the asset. Last week, Fidelity ($6 trillion AUM) said the Fusaka Upgrade eth is “pivotal” for altcoin’s future.
This signals a clear trend: large financial institutions are moving onchain. With RWAs (Real World Assets), tokenized funds, and enterprise adoption rising, many people believe Fusaka Upgrade Ethereum price impact will be huge once the mainnet goes live.

Key Points Every Trader Should Know Before December 3

It is a major scaling and performance revision. It will make the asset faster, cheaper, and easier for users and developers. The strongest feature is PeerDAS, which increases data capacity by 8× and helps reduce L2 fees below $0.01.
Main Features:

PeerDAS → 8× data scaling

L2 transaction fees drop to under $0.01

Gas limit may rise from 45M → ~60M

Blob Base Fee Fix stops blob fees from dropping too low

History expiry removes old data and improves node performance

MODEXP security update prevents heavy transactions from slowing the chain

Max transaction gas cap (16,777,216 gas) protects block space

Block size cap (~8 MiB) for better network health

P-256 passkeys bring password-free wallets

CLZ opcode improves smart contract efficiency

All these changes directly support the upcoming mainnet, because the network now becomes more scalable and secure, fueling questions like, will it fuel ETH rally or make crash go deeper?
