When blockchain networks undergo significant upgrades, exchanges must temporarily pause services to ensure a smooth transition. The Binance STX suspension follows industry best practices for several important reasons.
First, it prevents potential transaction conflicts during the upgrade process. Second, it safeguards user assets from any technical issues that might arise. Finally, it allows the exchange to update its systems to be fully compatible with the new network version.
