A new vision of global finance is taking over the XRP community. In a TikTok video shared by influencer Chad Startin and amplified on X by analyst Paul White Gold Eagle, XRP is presented as the cornerstone of a new global financial system.
The discussion goes beyond price speculation. It explores how digital assets like XRP could redefine what it means to be wealthy in the coming financial reset.

The Vision of a Global Reset

In the viral clip, Chad Startin poses a striking question: “How many XRP will you need to be considered wealthy?” He recalls conversations from XRP’s early days when it traded for only seven cents.
According to Startin, when the global financial reset occurs and the XRP Ledger (XRPL) carries most global currency transfers, even holding a small amount could mean immense wealth. Startin went further to say:
“The average human will only need to hold about 10 XRP to be a millionaire. At that point, even one XRP will be extremely rare. Only real wealthy people will be able to.”

This statement captures the belief that XRP will one day anchor global liquidity. It also reflects the long-held conviction that digital assets could replace traditional monetary systems.

XRP’s Place in the Future of Global Payments

The idea behind this theory rests on XRPL’s design. Ripple created the ledger to process instant, low-cost, cross-border payments without relying on banks or central intermediaries. Supporters argue that once institutions fully adopt it, XRP could become the bridge asset for global settlements.
Paul White Gold Eagle summarized this vision in one sentence: “We are the dawn of a new way of life.” To him and many believers, the coming reset represents not chaos but transformation—an age where financial inclusion becomes universal and blockchain ensures transparency.

Evaluating the Possibility

While the vision is inspiring, experts caution against blind optimism. The idea that XRPL will handle the “bulk of all transfers” worldwide is speculative. Global finance is deeply rooted in regulatory frameworks and institutional systems. Adoption depends on global coordination, compliance, and trust.
Additionally, for ten XRP to make someone a millionaire, XRP’s price would need to surge to extraordinary levels. That would require massive demand, institutional integration, and systemic reliance on the asset—conditions not yet visible.
Still, the XRPL has proven its strength. It handles thousands of transactions per second and continues to attract financial partnerships. Ripple’s legal clarity, gained after its 2025 victory against the SEC, further strengthens investor confidence.

A Measured Perspective

For investors, Paul White Gold Eagle’s post is a call to envision possibilities beyond short-term speculation. It suggests holding XRP could represent belief in a decentralized, equitable financial system. Yet, it also reminds the community that such transformations take time, regulation, and global consensus.
The notion that “one XRP will be extremely rare” may be symbolic rather than literal—a metaphor for the growing importance of digital liquidity.
Paul White Gold Eagle’s reflection on Chad Startin’s video captures a shared conviction among XRP enthusiasts. They see themselves not as traders, but as early participants in a historic economic shift.
Whether or not the predicted reset materializes, one truth remains clear—XRP continues to symbolize innovation, resilience, and the dream of a fairer global economy. Indeed, as Paul White Gold Eagle aptly put it, “We are the dawn of a new way of life.”
