The current Ethereum upswing mirrors Bitcoin's 2017 boom, a period of unprecedented growth in crypto value. Historically, monetary policy changes have spurred late-year surges, aligning with current predictions.
Experts suggest this could lead to significant upward trends for Ethereum, with robust adoption of DeFi and Layer 1/2 protocols. "Ethereum is experiencing its Bitcoin 2017 moment," according to Tom Lee, signaling potential asset growth influenced by evolving macroeconomic conditions. <a href="https://economictimes.com/news/international/us/ethereum-to-12000-by-year-end-tom-lees-bold-crypto-forecast-sparks-investor-frenzy/articleshow/123586609.cms" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">source</a>
