Boom

People searching for the best picks in 2025 have plenty of options, but not all coins are showing the same strength. Some are stuck under weak charts, while others are supported by partnerships and upgrades. The real question is which crypto will boom in 2025, and the answer depends on who is showing real results today instead of future promises.

That’s where BlockDAG stands out. With $403M raised, more than 25.9B coins sold, and over 312,000 holders, it has already built a strong base. Meanwhile, Toncoin, Filecoin, and Uniswap are still important names with their own growth paths. But BlockDAG is pulling ahead with shipping miners, real integrations, and a presale price rollback that has created urgency. Let’s go through each one.

1. BlockDAG: Results with Urgency

BlockDAG has moved into a category of its own by delivering where others only talk. The presale price was rolled back to $0.0013, even though the coin is now at $0.03 in Batch 30. This rare gap has opened the door for a possible 2900% ROI. Multi-million-dollar entries, including buys of $4.4M and $3.6M, confirm that strong demand is in place. With more than 312,000 holders and nearly $403M raised, BlockDAG (BDAG) has become a project that people can’t ignore when asking which crypto will boom in 2025.

Infrastructure is already running. Over 19,600 miners have been shipped, with 2,000 units going out each week. The X1 Mobile Miner app now has 3M+ users, creating one of the largest decentralized mining groups worldwide. Grants are funding teams, hackathons are generating dozens of projects each, and integrations with Uniswap, Axelar, and Rarable are confirmed.

BlockDAG has been highly visible as well. Billboards in Tokyo, New York, London, and Las Vegas push its message, while sponsorships and community campaigns expand reach to more than 325,000 active members. A key milestone is ahead, with BlockDAG bringing its Deployment Event to Singapore as part of its global rollout.

With October 1 as the cutoff date, the $0.0013 price will never return. That urgency, combined with real delivery, explains why BlockDAG is seen by many as the best option today and a clear leader for those asking which crypto will boom in 2025.

2. Toncoin: Backed by Institutions

Toncoin is trading near $3.15, with forecasts calling for $3.98 in the short term. While technicals remain under pressure, institutional backing is strong. AlphaTON Capital is preparing a $100M Toncoin purchase. The TON Foundation and Kingsway Capital are also working on a $403M fund modeled after MicroStrategy’s Bitcoin play, locking up supply and aiming to build stability.

With $558M already staked, a Robinhood listing, and bullish forecasts of $5.32 to $12+ for 2025–2026, Toncoin’s long-term view remains positive. Near-term, weak signals may hold it back, but its institutional base keeps Toncoin in the discussion around which crypto will boom in 2025.

3. Filecoin: Adoption vs. Price Struggles

Filecoin trades near $2.28, still under its 20-, 50-, and 200-day averages. Analysts see a slight recovery to $2.67, though the broader trend remains weak. Even so, the network itself is showing progress. Storage deals grew 25% in Q2 2025, with utilisation climbing to 32%.

Cross-chain moves are helping too. Filecoin now works with Cardano’s IPFS gateway redundancy through Blockfrost. RetroPGF Round 3 is live, distributing 585,000 FIL to projects supporting the ecosystem. Despite its $1.6B market cap dropping 13% in Q2, Filecoin’s adoption base is expanding. If growth continues, Filecoin will hold a role in the infrastructure story, keeping it in view when people ask which crypto will boom in 2025.

4. Uniswap: Growth Behind Price Lows

Uniswap’s UNI sits at $9.338 as of September 1, showing oversold signs and a bearish engulfing pattern. But activity across the protocol is surging. August alone saw $143B in volume, while quarterly fees hit $273.7M. Unichain, its L2, recorded $12.54B in dApp activity.

Uniswap has also launched its long-awaited fee switch, giving UNI holders access to revenue and adding more utility. Developer activity is rising, with around 100 hooks published each day since v4 began. Governance is active too, as the Uniswap Foundation pushes for DAO regulation. Analysts project UNI could range between $7.58 and $11.69 this month, with long-term goals stretching into the $20s. Its mix of growth and adoption keeps Uniswap among the names linked to which crypto will boom in 2025.

Final Word

BlockDAG has set itself apart by showing results before launch. With miners shipping worldwide, 3M users on its app, strong partnerships, and a global presence, it has already proven more than any presale in 2025. The $0.0013 rollback price and October 1 cutoff make this moment unique.

Toncoin has institutional backers, Filecoin is adding adoption, and Uniswap is posting record activity. Each has its strengths. But none combine presale access, delivery, and urgency like BlockDAG. For anyone thinking ahead, the answer to which crypto will boom in 2025 is clear: BlockDAG is leading the way.
