The XRP Ledger (XRPL) is stepping up its game by launching XAO DAO, the very first community‑led decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) on the blockchain. This bold move shifts power from centralized bodies to the community, enabling open proposals, voting, and management of grant funding—all powered by $XRP.

How XAO DAO Works

Proposal Submission & Voting
Interested community members can submit proposals directly on chain. Token holders then vote, ensuring democratic governance and transparent decision‑making.

Grant Funding & Resource Allocation
The DAO will directly handle grant distribution. Developers, educators, or project teams seeking XRPL support can request funding—if approved, $XRP grants will be disbursed on-chain.

On‑chain Records & Transparency
Every decision, vote, and financial transaction happens on-chain, guaranteeing full transparency and auditability.
