<h4><strong>This <a href="https://ripple.com/ripple-press/ripple-brings-crypto-enabled-cross-border-payments-to-portugal-in-partnership-with-unicambio/?utm_campaign=&amp;utm_medium=organic_social&amp;utm_source=twitter" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">collaboration</a> will introduce Ripple’s crypto-enabled payment solution to Portugal. It will enable instant cross-border payments between Portugal and Brazil.</strong></h4><p>By leveraging Ripple, the partnership aims to make cross-border transactions faster and cheaper. It also strives to increase efficiency in the process.</p><h5><strong>Ripple Expands to Portugal, Strengthening Portugal-Brazil Payment Corridor</strong></h5><p>This marks the first time Ripple’s payment solution will be available in Portugal, expanding the company’s footprint in Europe. Ripple’s solution is set to strengthen the payment corridor between Portugal and Brazil, both of which share deep economic and cultural ties. Unicâmbio’s corporate customers will now be able to move funds across borders and settle payments in a matter of minutes, significantly reducing the time and cost associated with traditional methods.</p><p>Cassie Craddock, Ripple’s Managing Director for the UK and Europe, noted, “This partnership is a significant milestone in Ripple’s European expansion.
