<p>Arthur Hayes of BitMEX was out with an article entitled "Water, Water, Everywhere," which speaks to the <a href="https://cryptonewsland.com/solana-price-prediction-sol-targets-1000-leaving-bnb-behind-imminent-price-explosion-set-for-rollblock/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow">cryptocurrency explosion</a> that the death of Damascus may have just forecast. Hayes predicts that the crypto market is at such a dire point that once the key price inflexion points of $15,000 for Bitcoin and $200 for Ethereum are crossed, Bitcoin will skyrocket to a level of $100,000 or potentially as high as $1,000,000.</p>

<p>Hayes believes that a big shift in the market is about to occur. He points out an interesting correlation between rising Bitcoin <a href="https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">prices</a> and falling reverse repurchase agreement (RRP) market funds. <p>Hayes is still very optimistic about Bitcoin. He <a href="https://cryptohayes.substack.com/p/water-water-every-where" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">pointed</a> out that the RRP balance dropped and the price of Bitcoin increased during times when T-bills were produced. On the other hand, the RRP balance rose and the price of Bitcoin remained unchanged when T-bills were removed.&nbsp;</p>   
<p>This pattern validates Hayes' prediction that Bitcoin will rise when the Treasury prints $301 billion worth of T-bills by year's end.&nbsp;</p>   
<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-altcoins-to-rally-after-bitcoin-and-ethereum-breakthroughs"><strong>Altcoins to Rally After Bitcoin and Ethereum Breakthroughs</strong></h3>   
<p>In addition to Bitcoin, Hayes has discussed altcoins, which he labels as "shitcoins." He thinks there will be a big rebound for these high-beta assets, but only if they break through critical price points of $70,000 and $4,000 for Bitcoin and Ethereum, respectively. Although he notes that Bitcoin and Ethereum will be the main drivers of the gain, he projects that Solana may soar beyond $250.</p>   
<p>Moreover, Hayes foresees that the <a href="https://cryptonewsland.com/coinbase-ceos-optimism-for-post-2024-u-s-election-crypto-regulations/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow">U.S. election</a> in November will prompt Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen to inject liquidity into the market, particularly in October. He plans to capitalize on the market's strength by taking profits from speculative trades and moving capital into staked Ethena USD (sUSDe). Hayes will adopt a cautious approach until after the U.S. debt ceiling is raised, which he expects to occur in early 2025.</p>   
<p>Finally, Hayes anticipates that once Yellen and Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell act, China will launch its long-awaited fiscal stimulus. This move, he predicts, will set the stage for a spectacular Sino-American crypto bull market in 2025.</p>
