<p>BounceBit, a <a href="https://coinedition.com/bitcoin-analyst-shows-how-btc-is-repeating-the-2016-post-halving-trend/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin</a> restaking protocol, is set to launch its mainnet today, accompanied by the issuance of BB token airdrops. However, the excitement surrounding this milestone is dampened by a cybersecurity alert raised by 23pds, the Chief of Information and Security Officer at SlowMist.</p>
<p>According to 23pds, the first search result for “BounceBit” on Google leads to a phishing website, bouncbit[.]io, posing a serious threat to users. Hence, caution is advised to avoid falling victim to potential scams.</p>
