<p>The top crypto prices today witnessed <em>volatility</em> as the Bitcoin (BTC) price remained inert and sustained above $51,000 while several altcoins gained significantly. In addition, Ethereum surged past $3,100, which is the biggest milestone achieved in two years. Meanwhile, other top altcoins, such as Cardano (ADA) and XRP dipped while Solana (SOL) gained significant value.</p> 
<h2 id="major-crypto-prices-today">Major Crypto Prices Today</h2> 
<p>The Bitcoin price extended above the $51,000 level. The <a href="https://coingape.com/price/bitcoin/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bitcoin price</a> was down by 0.04%, reaching $51,512.54 at the time of writing on Monday, Feburary 26. On the other hand, it’s trading volume slumped by 12.17% to $14.36 billion in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, the crypto boasted a market cap of $1.01 trillion.</p> 
<p>Looking at altcoins, the <a href="https://coingape.com/price/ethereum/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ethereum price</a> surged 2.95% to $3,103.55 at press time with a market valuation of $372.91 billion. Whilst, ETH saw its trading volume soar by 13.30%, reaching $13.74 billion. Meanwhile, the <a href="https://coingape.com/price/bnb/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Binance Coin (BNB) price</a> gained 1.81% in value, reaching $385.59. In contrast, its 24-hour trade volume rose by 27.96% to $1.36 billion.</p> 
<p>The <a href="https://coingape.com/price/solana/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Solana price</a> sustained above the $100 mark. The Solana price was up by 0.47%, settling $103.40. In contrast, SOL witnessed a 10.82% plunge in trade volume to $928.39 million in the last 24 hours. Whilst, the <a href="https://coingape.com/price/xrp/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">XRP price</a> tradef below the $0.54 level. The XRP price recorded a drop of 0.89%, settling at $0.5395. On the contrary, XRP’s trading volume gained by 2.23% to $720.68 million.</p> 
<p>Meanwhile, the <a href="https://coingape.com/price/cardano/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Cardano price</a>&nbsp; recorded a drop of 1.75% to $0.5851 today. In addition, ADA recorded a 9.99% decline in its 24-hour trading volume, settling at $331.89 million. As the top crypto prices experienced a mixed action, the meme coin space followed. The <a href="https://coingape.com/price/dogecoin/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dogecoin price</a> dropped by 0.39% to $0.08548 while its rival, <a href="https://coingape.com/price/shiba-inu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Shiba Inu</a>, registered a 0.40% gain in value and traded at $0.000009632.</p>

In addition, its 24-hour trade volume surged by 12.56% to $164.20 million.</p>

<p>The Flare (FLR) crypto registered a po phenomenal surge of nearly 18% and emerged as the top crypto gainer today. The Flare price soared by 17.86% to $0.04631 at the time of reporting. Moreover, its trade volume skyrocketed by 115.25% to $71.17 billion. Moreover, the FLR crypto attained a high of $0.04794 amid the rally today.</p>
