In the cryptocurrency landscape, it has been observed that for the last few weeks, every top cryptocurrency has experienced a significant price surge, although Litecoin (LTC) remains struggling. According to data on December 8, 2023, Litecoin addresses surpassed 1.4 million active addresses. Despite these massive active addresses, there haven’t been any price changes in LTC. Currently, it is trading near $72 with a minor 0.7% downside movement.&nbsp; 
Apart from this, if we look at LTC over a more extended period, it hasn’t experienced any upside movement. In the last 30 days, LTC has undergone a price decline of over 3%. In the same period, many top cryptocurrencies have experienced a massive price surge, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and others. 
Additionally, if we examine this all-time high in active addresses that LTC has experienced, it might be because investors are finding better opportunities in other cryptocurrencies than LTC. Everyone in the cryptocurrency space comes with the hope of making money, and in Litecoin, for a few months, its price has continuously declined. Bearish signals in Litecoin? 
As per expert technical analysis, the recent price action shows a bearish indication for Litecoin. On the daily time frame, the Litecoin chart forms an inverted flag and pole pattern, indicating a bearish sign. Additionally, it is trading below its 200 Exponential Moving Average (EMA), which further supports this bearish indication. 
If we consider the recent buzz around cryptocurrency, every investor is talking about BTC, ETH, SOL, ADA, XRP, and even AVAX. This might be because there isn’t much excitement in the Litecoin network.
