The SEC&#39;s legal team has stated that they want to move to have any allegations brought against Ripple&#39;s CEO Brad Garlinghouse and executive chair Chris Larsen dismissed.According to documents that were filed with the court on October 19, it appears that both parties have voluntarily agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice. This will prohibit the SEC from rehashing the allegations at a later date.
