M2, the newly established global hub for cryptocurrency investors, has officially unveiled its international platform, ushering in a space for investment and asset acquisition. 
This launch signifies the inception of a vision aimed at serving both institutional and retail investors. 
One of M2’s offerings, the “M2 Earn” product, boasts the potential to yield up to 10.5% on Bitcoin and Ethereum investments. Investors can conveniently calculate their investment returns over a preferred timeframe using the Earn calculator integrated into the app. 
According to the company, M2’s investment products and platform draw inspiration from extensive industry benchmarking, mirroring the rigorous systems of traditional investment banking, which are now being applied to the digital asset realm. 
Stefan Kimmel, CEO of M2, expressed, “The arrival of M2 group offers institutional investors, family wealth offices, and retail investors the invitation they have been seeking to confidently and securely invest in the rapidly growing digital asset sector. M2 is designed to give experienced investors exposure to the digital asset sector by offering market-leading yields based on real returns.” 
It is worth noting that M2 has already obtained a Digital Assets Business license from The Securities Commission of the Bahamas (SCB). Additionally, M2 Limited and M2 Custody Limited (M2 ADGM) have received a Financial Services Permission from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) as a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) and for Providing Custody. 
The user experience on M2 has been crafted to eliminate barriers and enhance efficiency for investors. Key features available at launch include:

The executive leadership team behind M2 Group boasts seasoned professionals from the fintech, cryptocurrency, and traditional financial sectors, with extensive experience at esteemed institutions like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, PwC, IBM, and Kraken. 
To celebrate the launch of M2, the MMX token (ERC20) is now available to users and serves as a central element of the M2 experience. The MMX token is designed to grant onboarded clients specialized access to specific products and services within the M2 ecosystem. It allows users to boost yields for M2 Earn products (tokens used for this purpose will be burned by M2, creating deflation). The MMX token also offers advanced access to new yield products and digital asset listings. 
M2 intends to make the MMX token available on both centralized and decentralized secondary marketplaces. It’s essential to note that the primary purpose of MMX is to enhance users’ experience within the M2 ecosystem and is not intended as an investment vehicle or representation of ownership in M2. 
MMX will be freely transferable on the Ethereum blockchain. Subject to M2’s onboarding requirements, MMX tokens can be exchanged for other virtual assets and fiat currency as per users’ preferences.
