<p>According to the latest data, a highly strategic crypto whale has caught the attention of market analysts and enthusiasts alike. </p> 
<p>Just a few hours ago, this unidentified investor deposited 36 million USD in Tether ($USDT) into Binance according to the data from on-chain analyst <a href="https://twitter.com/lookonchain/status/1698918542819938356?t=lmnc9tDKSiDynqNxclbkDQ&amp;s=19" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Lookonchain</a>. Merely a few minutes later, the whale withdrew 9,819 Ethereum ($ETH) equivalent to approximately $15.9 million. This calculated move strongly suggests that the investor is acquiring Ethereum at what they believe to be a market low.</p>

Not too long ago, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) made a statement declaring that spot Bitcoin (BTC) Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) filings did not meet their regulatory standards. </p> 
<p>This pronouncement had an immediate knock-on effect on the crypto market, causing Ethereum to experience a swift decline, only to recover two hours later.</p>

<p>What sets this particular whale apart is its impeccable timing. During the brief downturn triggered by the SEC’s announcement, the same individual also executed another perfectly timed transaction. </p> 
<p>The investor had earlier <a href="https://twitter.com/lookonchain/status/1674974879555420160" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">deposited</a> $32 million in $USDT into Binance and almost immediately withdrew 8,188 $ETH, priced at an estimated $1,860 per token. This purchase amounted to roughly $15.23 million and predated the asset’s rapid price recovery.</p> 
<p>The whale’s adeptness doesn’t just stop at buying low. Approximately 12 hours before the most recent transaction, the same investor had <a href="https://twitter.com/lookonchain/status/1673922952637878272" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">deposited</a> 25,000 ETH ($47.24 million) into Binance and then promptly withdrew $15.9 million in USDT. This activity indicates not only a proficiency in buying Ethereum at dips but also an uncanny ability to sell at peaks.</p>
