Instead, he had a more moderate expectation of XRP reaching the $1 mark.</p> 
<p>Eventually, Deaton’s forecasting wasn’t limited to XRP; he also commented on Bitcoin’s price post-court rulings. Despite Bitcoin’s favorable court outcome, achieving an 8.4% increase in eight hours following <a href="https://coinpedia.org/news/grayscales-victory-against-sec-sends-bitcoin-prices-soaring/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Grayscale’s victory</a> over the SEC, it didn’t align with Deaton’s prediction of a 10% to 15% surge.</p> 
<p>Although, Bitcoin’s value surged from $25,964 to $28,142.
