<h2 id="header-0">Hodlnaut creditors oppose the company's restructuring plan and instead want the company's liquidation.</h2><p>A proposed restructuring plan was rejected by a sizable portion of Hodlnaut's problematic cryptocurrency creditors. They prefer closing the company down, according to a report.</p><p>The firm's closure, according to a document filed on January 11 by Hodlnaut's court-appointed interim judicial managers, would best serve their interests.</p><p>One of the creditors, Algorand Foundation, stated in the court document that such action should be carried out as soon as possible. Although the corporation made an effort to downplay the seriousness of the problem, Do Kwon, a crypto fugitive, lost close to 190 million USD when the Terra sisters' network of digital tokens crashed.</p><p>The global collapse of digital assets last year resulted in the failure of a number of cryptocurrency lenders. The collapse of <a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-currency/ftx-token-ftt-prices-usd" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">FTX</a> was the most recent bankruptcy, making the year likely the worst one ever for the cryosphere.
