Boost Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern all users’ (your) purchase and use of Boosts on the CoinMarketCap (CMC) platform, and may be amended from time to time by CMC without prior notice.

Understanding how it works

Boosts are purchased for a selected token and apply to all of the token’s profiles across supported chains. You accept that you are responsible for reading and understanding how the product works through the relevant FAQs and information available on our platform, and/or by contacting us for assistance.

You are responsible for correct purchase

As many tokens have similar names, you must check carefully to ensure you have selected the token you wish to purchase Boost for. CMC is not responsible for any incorrect purchases, including the incorrect token and/or Boost Pack selected, and will not accept any request for cancellation or modification of purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

No guarantee of any results

Ranking is determined by Trending Scores which take into account various relevant factors and metrics in addition to active Boosts purchased. You accept that your purchase does not guarantee any results or impact on the Trending Scores or rankings of the token you purchase Boost for.

Reservation of rights

CMC has all the rights and sole discretion to make any modifications to the product, or to suspend or terminate any features in relation to the product as it deems appropriate. This may include revocation or removal of any Boosts or ranked tokens, adjustments to trending scores metrics, addition of new features, alteration of existing features, or change of pricing, without prior notice. You accept that no cancellation of purchase, refund or compensation due to any modification and/or determination by CMC will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

CMC makes no representation or warranty regarding this product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMC shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may result from any purchase or use of Boosts, any reliance on or expectation for any Trending Scores, rankings or results, and/or any related features or parts of this product.
