These Payment Terms govern payments made to CoinMarketCap (“CMC”) for all paid products and services, including but not limited to features, credits or subscriptions, on CMC’s platform.

In the event of conflict, the Product-Specific Terms applicable to your purchase shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
