OKB is a cryptocurrency released by the OK Blockchain Foundation and Maltese crypto exchange, OKEx. The exchange is one of the largest in the world and currently ranks third in liquidity, fourth in trading volume, and provides a wide selection of trading pairs. OKEx is similar in many aspects to the cryptocurrency exchange giant Binance, but there are a few key differences. The OKEx platform has its own cloud mining service, and the company has a more focused reach in providing options trading for users. Meanwhile, Binance strives to offer a broad range of crypto services globally.

OKB is the OKEx utility token that enables users to access the crypto exchange's special features. The coin is used to calculate and pay trading fees, grant users access to voting and governance on the platform, and reward users for holding OKB.

OKEx has become a world-leading trading floor since its launch in 2017. The platform launched in the spring of 2017 and emerged as an offshoot from the original OKCoin platform (operating since 2013 in China). OKCoin now focuses on exchanging fiat for crypto, while OKEx focuses on crypto trading with a built-in API for algorithmic trading. The exchange also gives users access to a multi-currency wallet and functions for margin trading.

Tether Gold (XAU₮) is a stablecoin that provides ownership on a 1:1 basis of one fine troy ounce of gold on a physical bar of gold that meets the Good Delivery standard of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA). This technology allows access to a stablecoin that provides ownership of physical gold while avoiding the drawbacks associated with physical gold, such as high storage cost and limited accessibility.
Note: XAU₮ tokens can be fractionated up to six decimal places (i.e. in increments as small as 0.000001 troy fine ounce).

BinaryX began as a decentralized derivative trading system. Recognizing the burgeoning popularity of GameFi and interest in the metaverse games, the team gradually evolved into developing decentralized video games and is now fully transitioning to be a GameFi platform offering IGO services to bridge Web2 developers to Web3.

Alien Worlds (TLM) is a decentralized, non-fungible token (NFT) metaverse, where players compete for scarce resources, Trilium (TLM), in a stimulated economy centered around planetary worlds. Due to this, Alien Worlds also has a decentralized finance (DeFi) element to the game, as players advance by staking TLM and using TLM to vote in Planet Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs).

Play-to-earn (P2E) NFT games have seen an exponential rise in popularity and value this year. Alien Worlds allow the players, called “explorers” to earn monetary rewards through gameplay or participation in Planet DAOs. By mining in Alien Worlds, a user is rewarded with the native, in-game currency — Trilium (TLM) or NFT packs. Players can stake TLM to boost their rewards or battle with other users for NFTs.

To date, Alien Worlds has established a fair amount of its roadmap, having TLM on Binance launchpad and farming period of TLM on Binance Launchpool. A large portion of game developments have been forged as well. Moving forward, Alien Worlds aims to automate the claiming process of daily allocation to landowners in the game. Artifacts NFTs are soon to be released, and future plans include NFT interoperability.

Chromia is a Layer-1 modular relational blockchain designed for building scalable and customizable decentralized applications. The native token, CHR, was launched in May 2019.

The mission of Streamr (DATA) is independent, secure, and scalable realtime communications. The project consists of two layers:

The Streamr App, a mainstream product for secure video meetings and live streaming. It's a fully decentralized and end-to-end encrypted alternative to Google Meet, X Spaces, or Twitch-style use cases, supporting both many-to-many and one-to-many video and audio streaming.

The Streamr Network, which is the underlying P2P mesh network and protocol for realtime data, used by the Streamr App and other applications for decentralized communications. An SDK is available for building applications that use decentralized pub/sub messaging using the open source Streamr protocol.

Core (CORE) is built as an L1 blockchain that is compatible with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), therefore it can run Ethereum smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps). The Core network is powered by the “Satoshi Plus” consensus mechanism, which secures the network through a combination of delegated Bitcoin's mining hash and delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS). The protocol is backed by its native token, CORE.

The developers of the project strive to create an infrastructure that operates at the core of web 3.0, offering revolutionary ideas to solve the blockchain trilemma.

The mainnet was launched in January 2023. The blockchain is governed by a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), where the Core DAO is responsible for the development of the Satoshi Plus ecosystem.

Bitcoin SV (BSV) emerged following a hard fork of the Bitcoin Cash (BCH) blockchain in 2018, which had in turn forked from the BTC blockchain a year earlier following the blocksize wars.

BSV claims to fulfill the original vision of the Bitcoin protocol and design as described in Satoshi Nakamoto’s white paper, early Bitcoin client software and known Satoshi writings. BSV aims to offer scalability and stability in line with the original description of Bitcoin as a peer-to-peer electronic cash system, as well as deliver a distributed data network that can support enterprise-level advanced blockchain applications.

To this end, it has removed artificial block size limits and re-enabled Script commands and other technical capabilities which had been historically disabled or restricted by the protocol developers of the BTC blockchain. This purportedly allows the network to process tens of thousands of transactions per second while maintaining extremely low transaction fees for micropayments, in addition to offering advanced capabilities such as tokens, smart contracts, computation and other data use cases.

The BSV network claims to be unique in its capacity for unbounded on-chain scaling while also being more aligned with the original design of Bitcoin than any other blockchain.

GateChain is a public blockchain which facilitates digital asset transfers, and claims to be “dedicated to asset safety.”

The network’s native token is GateToken (GT). It’s mainly used to pay transaction fees, but users can also stake it to validate transactions and secure the network in exchange for rewards.

GateChain offers an on-chain wallet for users to manage their digital assets directly on the network itself, thereby eliminating the need for a third-party wallet. It’s also fully integrated with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), making it easy to deploy Ethereum-based smart contracts on the platform.
