Feather Exchange

Launched on 2nd april 2026, FTR Exchange is a centralized digital asset exchange based in hongkong. The platform supports spot trading at the moment and provides trading access for users who want to participate in the broader FTR Ecosystem, also known as 羽翎生态. FTR Exchange is operated by ftr capital. FTR Exchange is designed around a dual-token ecosystem model. Within this structure, FTR functions as an ecosystem access and account-rights asset, while FTU is designed as a circulation asset for payments, settlement, consumption, and future ecosystem use cases. This separation allows the ecosystem to distinguish between account participation rights and day-to-day value circulation.

A core product of the platform is MatrixFlow, known in Chinese as 灵炬交易. MatrixFlow is a trading-participation framework that connects user account levels, wallet structure, and trading activity. The system uses three wallet categories: Equity Wallet, Escrow Wallet, and Active Wallet. The Equity Wallet is used to define account rights and Flow Level eligibility; the Escrow Wallet holds FTR allocated for release under platform rules; and the Active Wallet is used for trading activity that may trigger release events according to the user’s Flow Level. The platform’s account system is organized through Flow Levels, which represent different levels of account rights, trading participation capacity, and release parameters. Flow Levels are intended to provide a structured way for users to understand their participation status within MatrixFlow and the wider FTR Ecosystem. The model is based on defined platform rules and does not remove market risk from trading activity. FTR Exchange also includes a community participation structure referred to as the Builder Network. Builders may contribute through education, content creation, community support, user onboarding, AMA participation, and ecosystem coordination. Builder-related rewards, where applicable, are intended to be based on contribution activity rather than passive income claims. The platform’s positioning is summarized as: FTR brings users into the ecosystem, while FTU keeps value circulating inside it. Through FTR Exchange, MatrixFlow, Flow Levels, and ecosystem applications, the project aims to provide a structured trading and participation environment for crypto users, community members, and ecosystem contributors.
