Tempo Stablecoin DEXについて

Tempo is a general-purpose EVM-compatible blockchain purpose-built for stablecoin payments at scale. At its core is a native, enshrined Stablecoin DEX — a decentralized exchange built directly into the protocol as a precompiled smart contract rather than a separately deployed application. Launched in 2026, Tempo's DEX is a price-time-priority on-chain orderbook designed specifically for trading between USD-denominated stablecoins (e.g., USDC ↔ USDT). Unlike AMM-based exchanges, the orderbook model gives liquidity providers precise price control and eliminates impermanent loss. The DEX lives at a singleton precompile address (0xDEc0000000000000000000000000000000000000) on Chain ID 4217, accessible via https://rpc.tempo.xyz. The exchange supports limit orders, market orders (swaps), and a unique "flip order" type that acts as self-perpetuating two-sided liquidity — when filled on one side, a new order is automatically placed on the opposite side. Trading pairs are determined by each TIP-20 token's quote token declaration, forming a tree structure that guarantees exactly one liquidity path between any two stablecoins, with multi-hop swaps executed atomically. The protocol charges no trading fee on the DEX itself; makers earn the bid-ask spread they set. Gas fees are paid in any USD stablecoin (there is no native gas token), with a 0.3% conversion fee on the Fee AMM going to liquidity providers. Tempo features built-in compliance infrastructure via the TIP-403 Policy Registry, allowing token issuers to enforce whitelist/blacklist policies that automatically apply to DEX orders. The blockchain achieves sub-second finality using Simplex BFT consensus with ~0.5 second block times. Tempo was built by the team behind Reth (Ethereum's leading execution client) and Foundry (the dominant Ethereum developer tooling framework), and co-authors the Machine Payments Protocol (MPP) with Stripe. Ecosystem partners include Circle (USDC), Fireblocks, BitGo, Chainalysis, Blockaid, LayerZero, Uniswap, and 50+ infrastructure providers across bridges, wallets, security, and data analytics.
