Submission Guidelines

To enter BoostMeCMC:

• Submit original, on-brand visual content (e.g. meme, animation, poster, short video)
  
• Your content must include the phrase BoostMeCMC visibly inside the creative asset (not just the caption)
  
• Post your submission publicly on X (Twitter)
  

Note: Participation in BoostMeCMC does not guarantee selection or visibility on CoinMarketCap homepage. Winning projects will be selected internally and revealed at the end of the campaign.

Campaign Participation

• Participation in the BoostMeCMC campaign does not guarantee selection, visibility, feature placement, or any future product access on CoinMarketCap.
• CoinMarketCap may, at its sole discretion, disqualify or exclude any participant or project at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• All submissions are public and may be used, reposted, or referenced by CoinMarketCap across its owned and partner platforms for any future promotional or editorial purposes. Submissions are accepted on the condition that the author of the visual content agrees to grant CoinMarketCap a non-exclusive license to use the content as described.
• CoinMarketCap reserves the absolute right and discretion to make any determination or modification of the campaign, or to suspend or terminate the campaign. CoinMarketCap’s Terms of Use apply.
• By participating in the campaign, you have read, understood and agreed to all the applicable rules, terms and conditions.

Selection Process

• Winning projects will be selected internally by CoinMarketCap and are not determined by public vote, engagement metrics, submission volume or otherwise.
• The selection process is final and not subject to appeal, negotiation, or reconsideration.
• CoinMarketCap is under no obligation to disclose the rationale behind selection or disqualification.

Eligibility Requirements

• Projects must meet all CoinMarketCap safeguards and content rules outlined in the eligibility section of this page.
• CoinMarketCap reserves the right to apply manual review or reject projects that do not meet minimum risk, market, or category thresholds — even if selected as part of the campaign.
• CoinMarketCap may amend, update, or remove safeguard criteria at any time, without notice, and such changes will take effect immediately.

No Endorsement or Investment Advice

• Participation in or selection for this campaign does not constitute an endorsement of the project by CoinMarketCap.
• CoinMarketCap does not guarantee or imply the financial viability, legitimacy, or future success of any project featured in the campaign. No such factors are assessed or involved in the selection process.

Use of Branding & Assets

• Participants must submit original, non-infringing content. By entering, participants confirm they have the full rights to use and share any visuals submitted, and to grant CoinMarketCap such rights.
• CoinMarketCap reserves the right to use submitted visuals in future promotional materials, listings, and campaign wrap-ups, with or without notice.

Technical or Platform Limitations

• CoinMarketCap is not responsible for technical errors, failed uploads, missing submissions, platform outages, or issues related to API or market data integrations that may affect submission visibility or participation.
• If a token’s profile becomes unlisted, paused, or delisted during the campaign window, it may be automatically removed from participation without notice.

Jurisdiction & Compliance

• This campaign is void where prohibited by law.
• Participants are solely responsible for complying with local laws and regulations governing contests, public promotions, or token marketing within their respective jurisdictions.
• CoinMarketCap reserves the right to report or restrict any submission that violates applicable laws, promotes fraud, or endangers users.
• CoinMarketCap shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any participation, submission, selection or determination made in this campaign.
