Fantom had taken <a href="https://cryptosheadlines.com/elon-musks-x-faces-legal-action-for-unpaid-child-safety-fine/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">legal action</a> against both entities, arguing that the creation of Multichain Pte Ltd shortly before the exploit might have been an attempt to divert the stolen assets.
