Global cryptocurrency exchange LBank has reported strong early momentum following the launch of its<a href="https://www.lbank.com/event-new/ponke?qcode=9it2j&amp;scode=smarket&amp;utm_source=pm&amp;utm_medium=post&amp;utm_campaign=ponke-mkt&amp;utm_term=of&amp;utm_content=lbank-mkt" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> strategic brand partnership </a>with Ponke, the internationally recognized Web3 cultural IP known for its iconic “degen monkey” persona and highly engaged global community.
The collaboration names Ponke as LBank’s Strategic Brand Partner, integrating its signature meme culture and visual identity across campaigns, platform interfaces, and community activities as part of LBank’s broader “Trade to Entertain” initiative.
At the center of the partnership is the 40,000 USDT “Join the Ape Army” campaign, running from March 13 to April 11. The program combines new user incentives, referral rewards, trading challenges, meme creation bounties, and community surveys to encourage both social participation and trading activity.
According to LBank internal data, the campaign has already attracted over 100,000 new user registrations, while platform traffic and community engagement have increased significantly across social channels. Both spot and futures trading volumes have also seen noticeable growth during the campaign period, accompanied by rising net asset inflows as new participants begin allocating capital on the platform. According to data from CoinGecko, LBank’s 24-hour spot trading volume currently stands at approximately $1.97 billion, reflecting a 25.5% increase and highlighting the platform’s growing trading activity during the campaign period.

Eric He, LBank Community Angel Officer and Risk Control Advisor, commented: “Ponke represents the spirit of today’s crypto culture, where community, creativity, and participation matter as much as trading itself. Through this partnership, we hope to create a more engaging environment where users can trade, connect, and enjoy the cultural side of crypto at the same time.”

The Ponke collaboration is part of LBank’s broader strategy to blend community culture with a diversified asset ecosystem. Alongside crypto trading, the exchange continues expanding into tokenized U.S. stocks, index derivatives, and precious metals perpetual markets to provide users with broader portfolio tools.
By combining meme culture with diversified financial products, LBank aims to build a trading environment where users can both participate in crypto culture and access a wider range of investment opportunities.
The early traction of the Ponke partnership signals a growing shift in the crypto industry, where exchanges are evolving beyond trading venues into cultural platforms that merge finance, entertainment, and community participation.
