The Hot Protocol listing date remains unconfirmed, even after good news from the team. On November 6, 2026, Protocol said on X that it has fixed an L2 claiming problem.
Missing HOT tokens are now being sent to affected users. Still, many holders want a bigger answer. They want to know when the TGE will happen and when trading might begin. This report separates what is confirmed from what is not.

What Happened to HOT Tokens After L2 Claims?

Some users claimed HOT on L2, but the tokens did not show up in their on-chain balances. In its post, the issue is now fixed. The team also said it has started sending the missing HOT.
The post notes that some users can already see the tokens in their on-chain balances. That means distribution has begun, but the team did not say every affected user has been paid. So the process appears to be ongoing. The team also apologized for the delay and promised faster responses in the future.

The latest announcement does not give a launch date, an exchange name, a trading pair, or a Hot Protocol pre-market price.
Three terms are easy to mix up:

TGE (token generation event): the moment a token is officially created and released.

Token distribution: sending tokens to user wallets.

Exchange listing: when a trading platform opens a market for the token.

This update is only about the second item. It fixes a balance problem for people who already claimed. It is not a TGE notice or a listing notice.
Readers searching for the Hot Wallet TGE date should wait for an official post. A confirmed Hot Protocol listing date should also appear in announcements from the exchange itself. Until then, any price talk is speculation.

How HOT Protocol Works and What Its Ecosystem Offers

It describes itself as a chain abstraction and decentralized MPC protocol built around NEAR. In plain terms, it tries to make moving value across blockchains simpler.
Its main features include:

Gasless operations

Omni Balances

Cross-chain functionality

Support for EVM, Solana, and TON networks

Many users know the project through the Hot Wallet extension and app, where the HOT coin has been mined and claimed. These tools show how the Hot Wallet crypto ecosystem works. However, useful features do not guarantee token demand or any future Hot protocol price.

Community Reactions: Why Are HOT Holders Asking for Answers?

Replies to the team’s post show frustration over slow updates since 2024. Many users still ask about the Hot Protocol airdrop.
One X user, Hokun Sholi, said that almost 2.5 years have passed without a confirmed TGE date. He questioned why users should keep paying transaction fees without clear rewards. He also asked whether accumulated balances have real value and whether early users will be treated fairly. He asked for clearer communication from the team.
These are the poster’s opinions and allegations. His post used a “scam alert” headline with a question mark, but no evidence of wrongdoing was supplied. It has not responded to those points in the post we reviewed.

What Should HOT Holders Watch Before the Listing?

Holders can take a few careful steps:

Follow official channels for news.

Check whether your missing balance has arrived.

Look for official TGE terms and distribution rules.

Wait for exchange announcements from the exchanges themselves.

Avoid unofficial claim links, fake listing posts, and anyone asking for seed phrases or private keys.

Paying extra transaction fees only because you expect a listing carries risk. No Hot Wallet airdrop listing date has been confirmed, so rewards and timing remain uncertain.

Conclusion

The protocol has fixed the L2 claiming issue and begun sending missing tokens. That is real progress. Still, the Hot Protocol listing date and the TGE remain unconfirmed. The next key step is clear communication about distribution and launch plans.
