Both tokens trade near support zones that could influence their next significant moves.

XRP grapples with key support and resistance zones

XRP is currently trading around $1.33 and has recently retested the 50% Fibonacci retracement near $1.29. This level previously acted as support in both September and October 2026. The daily chart shows that XRP remains within a broad corrective phase, with bulls yet to establish a clear higher high.

Traders are watching the $1.40 resistance closely. A break above this point could indicate a shift in momentum, giving buyers the potential to target higher Fibonacci extension zones for further gains. Until such a move occurs, analysts consider another dip within the current trading range likely. A sustained move below the $1.29 support would signal further weakness and could undermine the near-term technical structure.

Stellar Lumens, known for its global cross-border payment solutions, is currently trading near $0.17 and sits at the lower boundary of a multi-month symmetrical triangle on the weekly chart. This rising support line has held after multiple tests and is considered a fundamental technical indicator of investor sentiment.

As XLM’s daily and weekly ranges continue to compress, the focus is on whether the token can maintain the base of this triangle. Market observers have identified upside targets should the resistance break, with $0.22, $0.30, $0.45, and $0.64 as possible checkpoints for bullish continuation. Conversely, a loss of the lower trendline would call the long-term bullish outlook into question.

Market sentiment and trader outlook

Traders remain focused on these key technical areas, noting that neither XRP nor XLM has delivered a decisive breakout or breakdown from their current chart patterns. Given that both assets are positioned at levels which have previously influenced market direction, investors are treating these price zones as vital decision points.

Crypto analysts have identified $1.29 as the crucial support for XRP and the lower triangle boundary near $0.17 as pivotal for XLM, emphasizing that a shift above nearby resistance could mark the start of stronger upward momentum.

Until a confirmed breakout or breakdown occurs, both XRP and XLM may continue to trade in tight ranges, with further moves hinging on whether key support areas hold or fail in the days ahead.
