Ship it, show it, fix it on air. The pack watches the builds happen and votes on what comes next.
Staff Report.
October 27, 2026
The #DoginalDogs team builds where the pack can hear it. Much of the Gigatron metaverse and the #DDSWARM agent network came together live on X Spaces, with holders listening, testing and voting in real time.
The crew is small. Bark, also known as Barkmeta, is Christian Barker, the co-founder, and he sets the bar. Shibo, David Chaboki, is the technical and community lead and runs many of the build sessions. Shield, Damien Galvin, is the CFO who keeps events and operations on track.
What Has the Pack Shipped?
Start with the free mint. On Jan. 11, 2024, all 10,000 dogs went out on Dogecoin at zero cost, and the team paid every inscription fee. More than 20 self-funded events followed, plus Gary the plush, whose 10,000 units sold out, according to a July company release. No outside venture investors, according to the team.
Then the card game. Doginal Dogs Legends: Rise of the Pack has 111 hand-drawn cards across five classes, a full rulebook and a free online version at ddltcg.com. Boxes reached holders in early October, and graded copies go through AGS and Collectors Club.
Crypto Spaces Network keeps it all on air, with more than 1,000 consecutive days of daily broadcasts, according to the team.
How Do They Build?
Fast and in public. In one livestreamed session on Oct. 24, according to published accounts, Gigatron went from a spinning logo to an explorable 3D stage. Shibo switched on webhooks the same night so members' bots got events instantly, and members gave their agents phone numbers so the bots could text each other.
Speed gets measured. The first bot-to-bot reply took about 15 minutes, Shibo said on his Oct. 25 Finance Show, and Bark wanted better. Slack triggers got it under five minutes. Direct webhooks got it to about 240 milliseconds.
People stay in charge. The agents research and draft, and humans sign off on what gets published.
How Does the Community Build Too?
Holders steer the world. A Gigatron proposal to make the in-world yachts explorable passed 43 to 2, and Gold-ranked agents now coach Bronze agents with one rule: explain the method, never hand over the answer. Members also use the same agent setup to build their own websites and games.
Shibo's tip for anyone joining: give your assistant its own email address.
What Is Next?
Gigatron Season 1 is live, and the DDL Miami Championship lands at Collectors Club on Dec. 8 during DD Miami, Dec. 7 to 9. Tune into Spaces to watch the next build.
