The cash-settled contract offers exposure to Anthropic’s potential valuation without share ownership, while regulatory restrictions exclude United States residents.

Anthropic’s Financial Disclosures Drive Trading Ahead of Potential Nasdaq Listing

Anthropic’s reported financial disclosures have provided traders with valuation figures as the company prepares for a potential Nasdaq listing. The company’s reported Form S-1 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission outlines substantial revenue growth across several financial periods.

Revenue reportedly increased from $41 million in 2023 to $4.6 billion in 2025, reflecting growing demand for artificial intelligence services. During the first half of 2026, Anthropic reportedly generated $16.3 billion in revenue and achieved its first quarterly operating profit.

Despite this performance, the company reportedly recorded an $80.7 billion accounting loss, primarily linked to depreciation obligations. Meanwhile, computing infrastructure expenditures reportedly reached $417 billion over five months, highlighting substantial operational investment requirements. Anthropic‘s previous private funding round reportedly established a $965 billion valuation, providing traders with another reference point.

ANT Futures Trading Reveals Major Price Differences Across Liquidity Pools

Trading activity has revealed substantial pricing differences between ANT liquidity pools, despite both instruments referencing Anthropic’s expected market valuation. On Trade.xyz, the contract traded around $115.47, supported by approximately $9.1 million in daily trading volume.

Meanwhile, another liquidity pool recorded $13.6 million in volume, although its contract price reached approximately $1,891. These differences reflect distinct contract specifications, including how each platform calculates exposure to the underlying asset.

One contract tracks an index representing multiple shares, while Trade.xyz quotes the value of an individual asset unit. Consequently, traders must consider contract specifications when comparing prices across venues, particularly when using leverage. NEAR’s Anthropic futures introduce confidential trading opportunities before a potential public listing, while leverage and settlement structures present substantial financial risks.
