Solana trading bot Bloom says an attacker drained approximately 9,408 SOL, valued at roughly $947,000, from 49 wallets in a security incident that the platform has publicly acknowledged. The loss estimate and wallet count come directly from Bloom; the figures have not been independently verified at the time of publication.

Bloom reports 9,408 SOL drained from 49 wallets

Bloom, a trading bot operating on the Solana network, disclosed that an attacker removed about 9,408 SOL across 49 affected wallets. At the time of the disclosure, the platform put the approximate dollar value of the loss at $947,000, though the exact figure is subject to change with SOL's market price.
The scale of the incident — nearly 50 wallets compromised in a single event — draws immediate attention from Solana-based DeFi users across Southeast Asia, where trading bot platforms have seen rising adoption on exchanges such as Indodax and Tokocrypto. For context on how exploit proceeds move after incidents like this, a separate incident involving the X100 protocol saw drained funds split across multiple wallets shortly after the breach.
What is known about the reported Bloom security incident

The information available at publication does not establish how the attacker obtained access to the 49 wallets. No attack vector, such as a smart-contract exploit, private-key compromise, or any other method, has been confirmed in Bloom's public disclosure. Attributing a cause before an investigation concludes would be speculation. For related coverage, see Thailand Enters a New Era of Digital Finance and Investment.

The $947,000 figure cited by Bloom is an approximation tied to SOL's price at the time of the report. Because SOL's value fluctuates, the dollar equivalent of the 9,408 SOL removed will vary depending on when any conversion or recovery attempt occurs. No details about the timing of the drain, transaction hashes, or wallet addresses have been provided in the information available to this publication. For related coverage, see Bitcoin Holds $80,000 Ahead of Fed Decision and Tech Earnings.

Without on-chain transaction identifiers, independent verification via Solscan or another Solana block explorer is not yet possible. Readers should treat the reported figures as Bloom's own preliminary assessment until further corroboration is available.

What affected Bloom users should watch for next

Bloom has not confirmed any reimbursement plan, service suspension, or recovery outcome in the information available at the time of writing. Users who believe their wallets may be among the 49 affected should monitor Bloom's official channels for updates on affected-wallet identification and any remediation steps the platform intends to take.

No cause has been established, so general caution applies: users of any Solana-based trading bot should review active wallet permissions and revoke any unnecessary token approvals while the investigation is ongoing. This type of precaution is relevant regardless of whether a specific root cause is announced. Regional platforms in markets such as the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia that offer Solana-linked products should also watch for any official guidance Bloom issues to affected users.

This is a developing story. The figures — 9,408 SOL and 49 wallets — originate from Bloom's own disclosure and may be revised as the platform completes its investigation. Kanalcoin will update this report as additional verified information becomes available.
