PEPE remains close to its nine-day EMA after a pullback, leaving short-term direction dependent on whether buyers defend this level.

September's bearish RSI divergence showed weakening momentum as PEPE climbed to a higher peak before reversing toward earlier trading levels.

Resistance near $0.00000450 and the recent peak could limit gains, while a support break may expose lower trading zones.

PEPE price action has weakened following September's rally, as recent candles show selling pressure and momentum remains below its earlier peak.

According to Santiment Intelligence, PEPE's exchange supply shrank by 4.77 trillion tokens on October 16, only to rise by nearly 13% by October 22. The daily chart indicates a weakening rally with PEPE trading at $0.00000438 after a 4.16% drop in the day. It has an exponential moving average of 9 days at around $0.00000435 and is approaching short-term support.

The price rose sharply around August 20, climbing from roughly $0.00000260-$0.00000420. The transaction marked a high for the trading range and a change from a period of weakness. But, as September started, buyers found it difficult to hold on to those gains.

Price then moved sideways, with repeated advances meeting resistance. PEPE rallied again in the second half of September, moving from approximately $0.00000340. It rose close to $.00000500 before stoking bearish pressure.

The price is still near the mean under the recent candles. Anything above that level will maintain the short-term recovery. A sustained move below it would leave the token exposed to lower support.

RSI Shows Weaker Buying Momentum

The Relative Strength Index is at 54.08, which is slightly above the neutral level. The momentum is still somewhat positive, but it has slackened since September. The indicator is not currently in overbought territory.

A red trendline marks bearish RSI divergence near September's price peak. PEPE reached a higher price, but the RSI failed to match its earlier strength. This difference suggested that buying pressure was fading during the advance.

Price later retreated toward $0.00000400 after the divergence appeared. The decline followed the warning of weakening momentum, though the indicator did not specify how far price might fall. RSI divergence alone cannot confirm the next market move.

The latest reading has recovered from October's lower levels. However, it remains below the strength recorded during September's rally. A firmer RSI reading alongside rising prices would support another advance.

Support and Resistance Set the Next Levels

The first support area sits near $0.00000435, where the nine-day EMA currently trades. Below it, $0.00000400 marks another level where buyers previously appeared. A break beneath that zone could expose recent lows around $0.00000380.

Further losses could bring the September trading area near $0.00000350 into view. Price spent several sessions around that region before the later rally. A decline toward it would extend the current pullback.

The good news is that the first level that buyers must take away is $0.00000450. Beyond that, resistance lies between approximately $0.00000470 and $0.00000500. If this range was sustained, it would put the recent peak back into the picture.

The latest red candle has been issued, indicating that sellers are still active around the current levels. Yet price appears to have failed to get to the short term average convincingly. The ensuing sessions should reveal if the pullback is ongoing or buyers are taking control.

PEPE is in a range of support and resistance. If it falls below $0.00000435, the current structure would be weakened, but if it sinks lower than $0.00000400, it would be destroyed. If it trades above $0.00000450, it could be an early indicator of a renewed buying interest.
