Liquidity, trading volume, market sentiment, and incoming economic news may influence whether these tokens stabilize or decline further.

The Treasury's sell-off, along with a spike in oil prices, is creating some uncertainty in financial markets before Monday. Investors are observing how these changes may impact the inflation forecast and interest rates, along with the appetite for riskier investments like crypto. High energy prices might make the outlook for monetary easing more difficult to manage if inflation continues to be a concern.

Traditional, fixed-income investments could look more appealing than those that are more volatile in a higher-yield environment, and higher oil prices may lead to worries about household expenses and company costs. But the effects on cryptocurrencies aren't necessarily immediate or uniform. Certain tokens might have more selling pressure than others, relying on the liquidity of the market, trading volume, and any positive developments for the project.

Uniswap (UNI), Hedera (HBAR), Gigachad (GIGA), Algorand (ALGO) and Notcoin (NOT) are five cryptocurrencies to keep an eye on this new trading week. They are likely to depend on the overall market trend, the demand of the investors and if they are coming back after the recent ups and downs. There is no certainty that any one of them will bounce back and if the market conditions continue to deteriorate it could spread losses throughout the industry.

Uniswap (UNI) Faces a Test as Market Liquidity Shifts

Uniswap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) protocol that allows for the trading of digital assets via liquidity pools. This could gain it more attention if activity on decentralized finance grows during a market recovery, as is its UNI token.

But lower trading activity or lower demand for tokens may dampen price growth. Before determining the next steps in UNI's journey, investors can keep an eye on the decentralized exchange activities, liquidity levels, and overall market sentiment in the crypto space.

Hedera (HBAR) Depends on Demand and Network Activity

HBAR is part of its ecosystem and network activity and demand for the tokens will be important considerations for the market. In the event that investors lessen their investment in digital assets, HBAR may continue to be pressured, as well as other altcoins. If the investors cut back on investing in digital assets, HBAR may be continuing to get pressured together with other altcoins. If there is a significant shift in sentiment then renewed interest may be justified, however, the recovery of the price would rely on the actual demand and trading volume.

Gigachad (GIGA) Remains Exposed to Meme Coin Volatility

The market performance of Gigachad – as with most meme-based cryptocurrencies – is capable of being driven by the interest of the community, speculative trading, and liquidity. These factors can cause a dramatic price fluctuation in times of market volatility. If the traders turn away from the speculations, then GIGA may encounter further selling pressure. The bounce back wouldn't be considered unless it received attention on social media and there was trading volume and interest from buyers.

Algorand (ALGO) Watches the Broader Market Direction

Algorand is a smart contract and DApp enabled blockchain network. The changes in the crypto investment landscape, network usage, and market sentiment could impact its ALGO token. The liquidity of the market may affect demand, a stronger market may undermine ALGO, and a better liquidity may stabilize its demand. Investors can track network development and price to determine if token will have support.

Notcoin (NOT) Faces Uncertainty Ahead of Monday

It all started with a gaming experience on Telegram and became a traded crypto asset for Notcoin. Community involvement, token supply, liquidity and overall speculative token demand can impact its market performance. As people become more risk averse, NOT may continue to suffer from declining prices. A recovery would be based on the market, not the calendar, and on a return in demand.

What Could Shape Crypto Markets on Monday?

The direction of crypto markets on the opening bell will be shaped by the developments in the treasury market, oil prices, investor positioning, as well as inflation concerns. But they will be subject to the type of news that comes in and reaction from financial assets.

There are various ways to gain exposure to decentralized finance, distributed ledger technology and speculative trading, including via UNI, HBAR, GIGA, ALGO, and NOT. Traders who are following these tokens might consider liquidity, volume, support levels, project developments and other factors before investing. However, more downside is possible, so be sure not to take it for granted that prices have fallen.
