Value

Binance will begin valuing bStocks collateral around the clock starting October 24, extending the pricing window beyond traditional stock market hours and bringing continuous valuation to users who hold tokenized equities as collateral on the platform.
The change means collateral positions backed by bStocks, Binance's tokenized stock instruments, will be repriced even when underlying equity markets such as the New York Stock Exchange are closed. Per CryptoSlate reporting, Binance confirmed the shift applies specifically to bStocks collateral valuation, not to trading mechanics for the tokens themselves. Users who hold bStocks as collateral should note that their margin positions may now be subject to valuation adjustments outside the standard Monday-to-Friday trading window. That means potential collateral shortfalls could be flagged at any hour, not just during exchange hours.
What round-the-clock collateral valuation means in practice

Collateral valuation determines whether a position is adequately secured. Under the previous model, bStocks collateral was likely priced against the most recent market-hours close. With 24/7 valuation, Binance will assess the value of those positions continuously, which can trigger margin calls or adjustments during weekends or overnight sessions.
Users should review their collateral positions and confirm current risk parameters ahead of the rollout. Binance's official announcements page is the authoritative source for applicable terms, eligible assets, and account-specific thresholds tied to this change.
This kind of infrastructure update is part of a broader pattern of Binance adjusting product mechanics; the exchange has also recently made changes to other platform services, including Binance Pool ending mining work credits on November 10, requiring action from affected miners before that date.

Key details to confirm before Oct. 24

The effective date is October 24. Before then, users with bStocks collateral exposure should confirm which assets are covered under the 24/7 valuation rule, review any updated margin ratios, and check whether existing positions meet the new continuous-pricing requirements.
Separately, Binance has been active across multiple product lines recently, with the exchange also seeking CFTC approval for prediction market products alongside operational updates like this one. Users tracking Binance's broader activity can also follow the exchange's quarterly BNB token burn program, with the 37th burn having processed 1.64 million BNB.
For bStocks collateral holders specifically, the immediate action item is checking the Binance support and announcements portal for the full scope of affected products and any risk disclosure updates tied to the October 24 rollout.
