Limited to 10 institutional allocators, the program combines curated stablecoin lending strategies with institutional onboarding through Anchorage.
Frgmnt, an institutional onchain yield infrastructure company, today announced its Founding Allocator Program, designed to give professional investors access to stablecoin lending markets without having to build and operate the underlying DeFi infrastructure themselves.
The program will initially be limited to 10 institutional allocators and provides access to non-custodial Morpho Vault strategies curated by Frgmnt. These strategies have generated an average annualized yield of 6.80%, with program participants eligible for an enhanced yield of up to 10% APY. Participants will pay no program fees during the Founding Allocator Program, with no lock-up period and same-day withdrawals under normal operating conditions.
The launch addresses an operational barrier to institutional participation in onchain finance: accessing yield strategies requires custody arrangements, reporting and processes for evaluating and managing allocations, alongside the underlying technology.
Institutional onboarding will be supported through Anchorage, allowing eligible participants to access the program through an institutional custody environment. Frgmnt will provide strategy curation, dedicated reporting, regular strategy reviews and direct access to its team.
“Institutions increasingly understand the opportunity in onchain finance, but accessing it still requires a significant operational and infrastructure effort,” said Aurélien Roussel, CEO and Co-Founder of Frgmnt. “We built the Founding Allocator Program to bridge that gap — combining professionally curated onchain strategies with the infrastructure institutional investors need to evaluate, access and manage an allocation.”
As stablecoins expand beyond crypto trading and payments, onchain lending markets offer another route for institutions to deploy capital. Accessing these markets, however, requires more than an attractive yield. Custody, liquidity, transparency, operational processes and ongoing risk management remain central considerations for professional allocators.
Frgmnt combines transparent onchain strategies with an institutional framework for accessing and monitoring those opportunities. Participants can review their allocations and underlying activity through onchain data alongside dedicated reporting, while retaining flexibility to increase or withdraw their allocations.
The limited initial cohort will allow Frgmnt to work closely with each participant throughout onboarding and as they evaluate and scale their onchain allocation.
