Hunting for the best crypto presale to watch feels like reading a hundred ads that all say the same thing. This shortlist keeps it to three names worth real attention, Pepeto, NEAR and Bittensor's TAO.

The week's backdrop is Noah, a payments firm that just won licences covering all 27 EU states, The Paypers reported on October 15. Every new wave of buyers rewards whoever got there first, and Solana proved it after selling for $0.22 in a 2020 auction.

That early stretch is where Pepeto sits right now, and buyers have noticed. More than $11.1 million has poured in before listing, from people hunting the kind of start Solana buyers got.

Noah Wins EU Licences for 27 States, and Crypto Payments Reach More of Europe

Noah, a stablecoin payments firm, now holds a MiCA crypto licence and a PSD2 payment licence for all 27 EU states, per The Paypers. FinTech Global reported the same reach on October 15, across 150 markets and 60 currencies.

Noah's revenue is up 538% this year. Each new licence opens another road between bank money and crypto, bringing in more new buyers. Every one of them pays a fee each time they trade, and that fee is where this shortlist starts.

Three Coins to Watch After Europe's Licence News: Pepeto, NEAR and TAO

1. Pepeto: A Live Exchange That Charges $0 to Swap, Before Its Own Listing

Pepeto goes straight at that fee. It sells its meme coin in presale, and it already runs PepetoSwap, an exchange built to cut the cost of a trade to nothing.

Fees look tiny on one trade and huge across a year. On Uniswap, a $1,000 swap costs $3, and on PancakeSwap it costs $2.50. Run 200 trades of $5,000 each, and Uniswap takes $3,000 while PancakeSwap takes $2,500.

PepetoSwap takes $0 on every one of them. The swap fee is 0.00%, only network gas applies, and that $3,000 stays with the trader. The coins that keep trades flowing come from the project treasury and Earn stakers, who are paid from the staking pool, not from anyone's trades.

Market orders, limit orders and repeating scheduled buys are all built in. A private relay, on by default, blocks bots from jumping ahead of a trade, so nobody can buy in front and sell back higher. Coins stay in the trader's own wallet the whole time.

Today a token costs $0.00000019, and a Binance listing is approaching. Each stage ends when its timer runs out or its goal fills, and the next one costs more. For a buyer who wants to keep every dollar he earns, Pepeto is the clear pick on this list.

2. NEAR: Up 121% in 30 Days, With Record Bets Riding on It

NEAR is the comeback story of the month. It trades at $5.14 on CoinMarketCap after a 121.82% climb in 30 days. Futures bets also hit a record of about $1.92 billion on October 12, CryptoTicker reported.

From our view, the run is real, but its easy part happened last month. A $6.7 billion coin needs about 4x to retake its $20.42 peak.

3. Bittensor (TAO): 64% of Supply Staked, Yet 64% Below Its Peak

TAO holders are not letting go. TokenPost reported on October 15 that 64.04% of all TAO is staked, paying about 14.5% a year, which leaves fewer coins for sale.

The coin trades at $275.43 per CoinMarketCap, about 64% under its $767.68 peak from April 2024. From our view, a $3.2 billion coin needs about 2.8x to reach that peak, and climbs that size take quarters, not weeks.

Solana's $0.22 Buyers Made One Choice, and Pepeto's Stage Is Open Now

The best crypto presale to watch sits beside two strong coins that need 2.8x and 4x just to recover. Solana's early buyers show where the real money was made.

The coin sold at $0.22 in 2020 and later hit $294.33, so $100 there was worth about $133,800 at the peak. Those buyers made one choice, they moved while the entry was open.

Pepeto sits at that same early point now, with a live exchange and over $11.1 million raised. Analysts project 1000x, and the price on the Pepeto official website rises with every stage.

Solana's $0.22 price never came back once that auction ended. Pepeto's current stage ends the same way, and the buyers who get in before it closes lock in the early price for good.

FAQs

What is the best crypto presale to watch in October 2026?

The best crypto presale to watch in October 2026 is Pepeto, a meme coin with its own 0% fee exchange. Buyers have already put in over $11.1 million.

Can Pepeto have the kind of run Solana's early buyers saw?

Yes, because Pepeto sits where Solana sat at $0.22, before the crowd arrived. Analysts project 1000x, and each stage on the Pepeto official website costs more than the last.
