Checking the binance coin price today feels like reading two stories at once. BNB trades at $720.51, about 47% under its $1,370.55 peak from October 2025, per CoinMarketCap. Yet one of the world's biggest fund firms keeps about $1.5 billion of fund shares on BNB Chain, Crypto Briefing reported.

Price and use can drift apart, and big money usually shows up before the price catches on. Small buyers on the same chain face a sharper question, which new tokens are safe to touch. One answer has already pulled in over $11.1 million before listing. It is a meme coin called Pepeto, whose scanner checks a token before a single dollar moves.

Franklin Templeton Keeps 60% of Its Onchain Fund Money on BNB Chain

The binance coin price sits at $720.51 today, down 1.55% in 24 hours, per CoinMarketCap. Behind that small dip sits a big vote of trust. Franklin Templeton holds about $1.5 billion of fund shares on BNB Chain, Crypto Briefing reported on October 16. That is 59.8% of its $2.55 billion onchain.

Data from RWA.xyz shows the same $1.5 billion, far ahead of Stellar at $501.2 million. The firm manages up to $1.83 trillion, and the SEC cleared its BENJI fund for cash and collateral use in August.

Big money comes with lawyers and audits, so it knows what it holds. A small buyer picking a new token has neither, and that gap is where most people get burned.

Pepeto: A Live Scanner That Blocks Trap Tokens Before Your Trade Goes Through

Every crypto cycle brings new hype, new fear and a fresh wave of tokens. It also brings the same old traps. Some contracts can print new coins at will, some block selling, and some look clean until someone reads the code.

Pepeto built its security scanner for exactly that problem, and it is live today, not sitting on a roadmap. Think of it as a guard at the door before any money goes in.

Each scan runs 42 checks, hunting for switches that let an owner print coins, freeze trading, block a wallet or raise the tax. It also checks who holds the coins, how much sits with a few wallets, and whether the pool is locked.

Then it tests a buy and a sell on a copy of the chain, so a buyer sees whether selling works before paying a cent. The result is a score from 0 to 100 and a plain verdict, with no coding needed.

The scan runs before each trade by default, and trades on contracts with serious flaws are blocked. In one test, a token scored 6, its sell failed, and the trade never went through.

That is the kind of check Franklin's fund got from the SEC before going onchain, now in a small buyer's hands before listing day.

The stage price sits at $0.00000019 and every new stage costs more, so buyers stepping in now hold the lowest stage price on offer.

Binance Coin Price Prediction: Can BNB Win Back $750 This Week?

BNB can win back $750 this week once buyers defend $700. It trades at $720.51, with support at $700 to $710, per crypto.news on October 15. Today, a close above $740 would undo the latest drop.

The selling is losing steam, with the ADX falling to 23.85 from above 40. This week, BNB must clear the 50 day average at $744.55, then the $750 pivot. RSI sits at 41.6, per COINOTAG, so sellers still lead but are running out of push.

This month, a clean break opens the 20 day average at $761.09 and the $790 to $810 sell zone. Losing $680 would put the 200 day average at $645.05 in play.

Even $810 is only about 12% away. For a coin this large that counts as progress, but it will not turn a small stake into a big one.

Binance Coin Price Outlook: BNB Rose From $6.96 in 2020, and Pepeto's Listing Is Still Ahead

The binance coin price story this week belongs to big funds, but dips have a long record of paying buyers with steady nerves. BNB fell to $6.96 in the March 13, 2020 crash, per Yahoo Finance, then reached $1,370.55 in October 2025. That is close to 200x for anyone who bought in fear.

Pepeto gives small buyers the kind of check big funds already have, and its presale is still open with the Binance listing approaching. Listing day will split the wallets that got in early from the people who only read about them later.

Each round on the Pepeto official website costs more, so the best seat in that early group is the one open now.
