Binance has scheduled the removal of Epic Chain (EPIC) and QuickSwap (QUICK) from its spot trading platform on October 28, 2026. According to the exchange’s latest announcement, the decision follows an internal assessment of both cryptocurrencies against its listing requirements.

The upcoming delisting will affect all spot trading pairs involving the two tokens, ending their availability on Binance’s spot market. Users holding EPIC and QUICK must review their positions before the deadline, as Binance will also discontinue several related services.

The exchange confirmed that it will automatically cancel outstanding orders once trading ends, preventing further transactions through the affected pairs. This decision forms part of Binance’s regular listing reviews, which determine whether supported cryptocurrencies meet the exchange’s operational standards.

Binance Explains Token Review Criteria Behind Delisting Decisions

Regarding its selection process, the exchange evaluates several factors when determining whether cryptocurrencies should remain available for trading. These considerations include trading liquidity, regulatory compliance, token supply dynamics, and adherence to Binance’s listing standards.

Liquidity assessments help Binance evaluate trading conditions, while regulatory reviews examine whether listed assets meet applicable compliance requirements. Similarly, supply dynamics provide information about token distribution and other characteristics relevant to the exchange’s listing assessments.

Despite outlining these general criteria, Binance did not identify the specific findings that prompted the removal of EPIC and QUICK. The announcement also did not attribute the decision to any particular regulatory violation or liquidity problem involving either cryptocurrency.

EPIC and QUICK Holders Face Trading and Service Restrictions

Binance regularly removes cryptocurrencies that fail to meet its listing requirements, making periodic asset reviews part of its operating procedures. For affected traders, the immediate priority remains the October 28 trading deadline and the separate restrictions on related services.

The removal will end spot trading support for EPIC and QUICK on Binance, rather than eliminate the cryptocurrencies themselves. Binance’s decision leaves holders responsible for managing their positions and completing necessary withdrawals within the exchange’s announced timelines.
