<p>Broadridge Financial Solutions has expanded its next-generation digital-assets platform to the United States, enabling broker-dealers, registered investment advisers and wealth managers to offer cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities alongside traditional investments through a unified operating model. The company announced the U.S. rollout on September 14, five days after launching its separate DLX tokenization infrastructure platform.</p><p>The initial U.S. configuration connects Broadridge with Anchorage Digital and Galaxy Digital for custody, wallet, liquidity and related digital-asset infrastructure, according to <a href="https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/broadridge-expands-next-gen-digital-assets-capabilities-to-us-wealth-management-firms-302877145.html" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Broadridge’s announcement</a>. The structure puts the company in the role of an operational and distribution layer for wealth firms, rather than presenting the launch as a standalone consumer crypto service.</p><h2 id="anchorage-and-galaxy-provide-initial-infrastructure">Anchorage and Galaxy provide initial infrastructure</h2><p>Broadridge’s U.S. digital-assets platform initially connects to Anchorage Digital and Galaxy Digital as infrastructure providers. Broadridge said the integrations give firms access to custody, wallets, <a href="https://cryptodaily.co.uk/stocks-glossary/liquidity-definition" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">liquidity</a> and related digital-asset infrastructure. The offering allows wealth businesses to support cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities alongside traditional investments through a unified operating model.</p><h2 id="digital-assets-in-wealth-operations">Digital assets in wealth operations</h2><p>Broadridge said its platform supports advisor-led and self-directed models and can integrate with either its own or third-party books-and-records systems. It supports reporting, client statements, trade confirmations and tax workflows.</p><p>According to <a href="https://www.tradeinformer.com/tech-news/broadridge-digital-assets-platform-us-wealth" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">TradeInformer</a>, the supported assets include cryptocurrencies and tokenized real-world assets—among them equities, funds, and private or alternative investments.</p><p>TradeInformer also reported integrated wallets and <a href="https://cryptodaily.co.uk/stocks-glossary/custodian-definition" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">institutional custody</a> arrangements in omnibus, segregated and multi-custodian models.</p><p>Broadridge has positioned the unified model as a way to offer digital assets alongside traditional investments while connecting the activity to reporting and tax processes. Its broader operating approach keeps those functions tied to established recordkeeping workflows rather than requiring a separate digital-asset operation.</p><h2 id="canada-rollout-and-dlx-launch">Canada rollout and DLX launch</h2><p>The U.S. expansion follows Broadridge’s April 13 launch for Canadian wealth managers. In Canada, the company introduced comparable capabilities spanning crypto, tokenized assets, custody, trading, servicing, communications and proxy voting, according to a <a href="https://www.broadridge.com/press-release/2026/broadridge-digital-assets-for-canadian-wealth-firms" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Broadridge press release</a>.</p><p>The Canadian launch provides the closest precedent for the U.S. offering, but the September announcements also show Broadridge developing digital-asset infrastructure on more than one track. The wealth-management platform is focused on giving firms a means to offer and administer digital assets for clients, including the associated books-and-records and communications workflows.</p><p>DLX, launched on September 9, has a different stated scope. Broadridge describes it as infrastructure for the issuance, trading, financing, settlement and servicing of tokenized securities across traditional and on-chain markets, according to its <a href="https://www.broadridge-ir.com/news/news-details/2026/Broadridge-Launches-DLX-an-Always-On-Digital-Asset-Infrastructure-Platform-for-Tokenized-Markets/default.aspx" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">investor relations announcement</a>.</p><p>The proximity of the two releases links them within Broadridge’s wider digital-assets buildout, while their functions remain distinct: DLX addresses tokenized-securities market infrastructure, whereas the U.S. wealth platform joins custody, wallet and liquidity connections with the client-accounting and reporting processes used by broker-dealers, RIAs and wealth managers.</p><p>Disclaimer: This article is provided for informational purposes only.
