It would let validators require eligible transactions in blocks, reducing reliance on dominant builders.Meanwhile, Frame Transactions, EIP-8141, leads the execution-layer rankings. Shipping those upgrades between December 2026 and December 2029 would require an average interval of 7.2 months.A separate minimum-viable milestone would provide temporary safeguards with reduced guarantees.
