Jacob Metzger (@MasterHuzzah), CEO and investor, recently claimed that XRP repricing is coming. He shared a video featuring commentary from Versan Aljarrah, founder of Black Swan Capitalist, and commentator Mickle to back his opinion.
Together, they believe that the current financial architecture is being rebuilt, and that Ripple and XRP are positioned to play a defining role in what comes next.

<h2 id="strong-aljarrah-s-argument-on-xrp-s-value-strong">Aljarrah’s Argument on XRP’s Value</h2>
Aljarrah argues that XRP’s price <a href="https://timestabloid.com/analyst-i-can-hold-xrp-longer-than-manipulators-can-suppress-price/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">has been deliberately contained</a> relative to the role it is being built to serve. He suggests the noise surrounding the asset- litigation, media mockery, public debate- has served a specific purpose. “They’re counting on people not understanding what we’re saying,” he stated.
His argument extends beyond price. He contends that the end goal is to consolidate all financial rails under a single digital architecture, encompassing banks, treasuries, tokenized deposits, stablecoins, digital assets, securities, and invoices.
“The endgame is to concentrate all the wealth, all the value in the world,” he said, presenting this not as speculation but as a readable outcome from the existing technical and regulatory architecture.
<h2 id="strong-the-case-against-correspondent-banking-strong">The Case Against Correspondent Banking</h2>
The video also features an industry expert on cross-border payments who addressed the correspondent banking model directly. He acknowledged that the banking system remains critical to the global economy, but argued that pre-funded liquidity accounts, the Nostro-Vostro system, have already been proven unnecessary.
He cited RippleNet’s stated goals of lower costs, faster transactions, greater transparency, and wider access as evidence of <a href="https://timestabloid.com/another-swift-document-presents-ripple-xrp-and-stellars-future-role/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">where institutional infrastructure is heading</a>.
<h2 id="strong-settlement-infrastructure-strong">Settlement Infrastructure</h2>
Mickle offered perhaps the most direct assessment. He described a financial system evolving toward one where every bank, entity, and nation is “financially independent of one another and interconnected through decentralized settlement infrastructure like the XRP ledger.” He stressed that this is no longer a fringe position held by crypto enthusiasts. It’s being discussed, he said, “at the highest levels of the economic system.”

He also noted the significance of <a href="https://timestabloid.com/ripple-xr-in-the-room-with-senators/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">who is in the room during high-level meetings</a>, suggesting that the presence of technology founders and financial players around the current administration points to activity well beyond asset speculation.
<h2 id="strong-metzger-s-follow-up-strong">Metzger’s Follow-Up</h2>
In a follow-up <a href="https://x.com/i/status/2095935959644979558" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">post</a>, Metzger summarized the thesis and directed his audience toward a positioning decision. He acknowledged <a href="https://timestabloid.com/xrp-position-strengthened-ripple-holds-over-75-global-backings/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Ripple’s reach across the financial system</a> and called the new digital economy inevitable regardless of personal opinion. He believes the endgame for XRP is approaching and that a repricing is close.
